The sounds of Harold Melvin’s Bluenotes, and the crooning of American Idol Finalist Nathan Herron and a surprise appearance by winner of Amateur Night at the Apollo for Kids star, Kevin Curenton-Wright aka “KZ”.

Guest appearances:

 From the Movie, “Dream Girls” and The TV show Judging Amy, Actress Lorey Hayes.  From the movie Roll Bounce, actor Wesley Jonathan, from the Brady Bunch television sitcom, actress Geri Reischl, three time World Kickboxing Champion, Johnny Davis, and one of the worlds top ranked female billiard champions, Belinda Calhoun, just to name a few. This year’s gala will be hosted by (Roj) Earnest Thomas from the hit television series “What’s Happening” and the acclaimed movie “Malcolm X.”

 From Tyler Perry's Hit TV show, "House of Payne" Denise Burse, Actors Roshawn Franklin and Alphonso McAuly of the Movie "Pride" and "Fat Albert."   

 Also appearing Lucille O’neal of the Quality of Life Fund, Inc., Stedman Graham and Raleigh’s own Pastor Will Nichols of Victorious Praise Fellowship Church.
